日本の旅 ♡ JAPAN TRIP (Part 3)

Friday, May 23, 2014

It has been almost 2 months since I'm back from Japan and I'm still at Part 3 of the Japan post omg :x
I'm so sorry for taking so long cox I have so many projects to complete and since it's my final year, you all sure know the workload ah, like hell no joke.

I drafted this blogpost like 3 weeks back but the assignments just keep coming in so I've to put this post on hold first :( BUT I'M FINALLY DOING IT.

OK SO BACK TO TOPIC #THROWBACKTOJAPAN .

I sort of forgot where we headed to already :x but we headed out for breakfast first at some underground Udon shop in Harajuku first! No matter what tummy more important lol!

I'm not a big fan of Udon but omfg this store's Udon is to die for ok. SUPER DUPER YUMMY !!! I'm missing it so much now :(

Best Udon and deep fried veggie I've ever had.

Headed to Meiji Shrine after that because it was on our way!

Didn't went in cox we didn't want to pay. #typicalsingaporean

I have no idea what are these lantern look-alike thing but they look nice so I will post it up hahaha.

>

So before you enter the temple you need to rinse your mouth and hands with the water cox you're dirty. I'm just kidding but the water sorts of 'clean' you lah ! Like your sins maybe? If you know what I mean lol.

There are lots of wooden blocks hanging there for people to write their wishes but we didn't write any cox I believe that the boards cost $.... Just kidding. Cox we don't know where to buy the board also so we didn't write any!

So we just take the paper and write cox paper is free HAHAHAHA
I didn't write any cox I was busy taking photos as usual ~

Pretending to hang my wishes when the wishes didn't even belong to me HAHA but whatever la just borrow to take photo only.

Took the train to Shibuya after that!
Lots of fashionable stuffs over there! :D

Shelves and shelves of mangas, favourite place of otakus.

Walked pass this cafe and sells strawberry milk and guess what , I bought the hot one LOL LIKE DUH. IT'S FREAKING STRAWBERRY HOW CAN YOU NOT. And just nice it's the strawberry season, of course must buy lah !

Just imagine hot strawberry milk on such a cold day... CHAO XING FU DE OK.

Went for Sukiya but I didn't eat any cox I was still full from the Udon in the morning but I kope a piece :P The beef was superb I swear. Everything in Japan taste so awesome wai wai wai ?!
But the price not very cheap so if you wanna go on a budget trip I don't recommend this !

Some random shops at Shibuya 109.
You can obvious see that the clothings over there are not very cheap (judging from the 5000 yen sign you see) but if you walk into some of the shops you can find some sales rack!

AND ALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DAMN GOOD ONE.
So you no need to worry getting death stares from the sales girls :D

Had cocoichiban for dinner and just look at the patty and egg ok omg I want naooooooo :(

And since our place was near Harajuku we decided to go to the Calbee shop to get some chips first!!

SEASONAL STRAWBERRY FLAVOURED CHIPS #dieinpeace

AND THE SHOP ASSISTANT WAS SUPER NICE.
We wanted to take a selca with Mr. potato then she saw us struggling cox the potato's head abit big ah lol then she offered to help us take !

So yay we have a photo with Mr.potato !!

AND THAT'S ALL FOR PART 3!
Stay tune for part 4 ok!!

See you guys soon :D

Cafe hopping : Hoshino Coffee 星乃珈琲店 オフィシャルサイト

OMG HI GUYS ! - waves -
I didn't blog for a really loooong time cox school started a few weeks ago and I'm already so tired ok omg. And I'm so stressed over my internship cox I don't know what I really want to do...

But anyways back on topic !

So I went to Hoshino Coffee (Located at #03-84, Plaza Singapura, 68 Orchard Road) a few weeks back with cousin cox I was craving for souffle pancakes! If you don't know, Hoshino Coffee is a cafe originated from Japan, which was another reason why I was there hahaha.

Since I was only there for desserts, I only took menu of the dessert page LOL. Just nice it was the strawberry season over in Japan so they were having this seasonal souffle pancake loaded with strawberries. I LOVE STRAWBERRIES SO MUCH OK.

French toast with ice cream ($9.80)
The toast are super fluffy and with the combination of ice cream it's just perf ok! *____* (Cue Hot n Cold) lolol.

Haru Natsu Pancake Souffle Pancakes ($14.50)

You will need to wait for around 20 minutes before the pancakes is served before they make the pancakes on the spot using their souffle pan or smth so be sure to order something else first! Personally

I like the pancakes more than the french toast although my friends told me that their french toasts is a must try. Probably because it's strawberry flavored that's why I'm bias LOL.

 Ambience: 4/5
Pricing: 3/5
Location: 4/5
Food: 3.5/5

Overall I think that Hoshino Coffee is a good place for you to go to if you wanna catch up with your friends/have afternoon tea. The location is pretty easy to find too since it's just located in Plaza Sing !

See you guys soon in the next post ! (And sorry for the short update >___<) On a side note, Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in the world! :-)
